The Method

STAGE 1. Inspection – The tile is inspected to determine what it is constructed from, different tiles require different procedures. The grout is also checked to ascertain if there are any loose or cracked or problem areas.

STAGE 2. Testing – A small amount of cleaning solution is tested on an inconspicuous test area to ensure there will be no damage to the tile surface.

STAGE 3. Confirmation – of the quotation after inspection and testing to confirm the price of the job prior to commencement.

STAGE 4. Job preparation – Any areas that may suffer from chemical splashing or potential water damage are made safe by the application of a suitable barrier.

STAGE 5. Application and Agitation – Cleaning solution is sprayed onto the tile surface and the grout lines and edges scrubbed to loosen the grime and dirt.

STAGE 6. Clean and Rinse – The Hydroforce SX-12 cleaner with its high pressure hot water jets and strong vacuuming power is used to dislodge the dirt along with the cleaning solution and vacuum it away leaving the surface clean and restored.

STAGE 7. Sealant – The grout and tiles are sealed to make them impervious to any further future spills that may potentially stain the tile surface or the grout.

STAGE 8. The job is mopped and cleaned so that you don’t have to clean up after the cleaner!
